SUBSTANCE: head comprises section of electrical contacts composed of a number of contact areas connected with the device for ejecting fluid, storage member for storing individual information, and fluid ejection member having outlet passages for fluid ejection and connected with the section made of a number contact areas for supplying power from a power source. The contact areas have information contact area positioned virtually on the section of electrical contacts, where contact areas are arranged, contact area connected with the storage member, power source, and grounding contact area. The device comprises head for fluid ejection and carriage that causes the head to reciprocate.
