FIELD: ceramics, facing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glaze composition and can be used in production of facing plates and tiles. Proposed glaze comprises the following components, wt.-%: SiO2, 45.0-50.0; Al2O3, 2.0-4.0; B2O3, 6.0-8.0; CaO, 12.0-15.0; MgO, 2.0-3.0; K2O, 2.0-3.0; CuO, 0.3-0.8; ZrO2, 7.0-10.0; Cr2O3, 0.2-0.7; ZnO, 10.0-15.0, and BaO, 2.0-4.0. Invention provides enhancing thermal stability and luster of glaze.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glaze.
