FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: drum-type washing machine has tank with openings for receiving of hot air through front side and discharge of hot air through rear side, drum positioned for rotation within tank, drying channel connected to inlet opening for hot air in tank, for directing hot air toward hot air inlet side of tank, heater for generation of hot air, fan for forced circulation of hot air toward drum side, and condensation channel for removal of moisture from hot air delivered from hot air discharge opening provided in lower part of tank rear side. Drum has hot air openings provided through its front side and adapted for feeding of hot air passed through hot air inlet opening into drum interior.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in drying of cloths owing to improved passage of hot air flow.
