SUBSTANCE: method involves determining serotonin, acetylcholine and cholinesterase concentration in blood taken on empty stomach and after diet No 5P. Serotonin concentration growing from 0.39±0.05 mcg/ml to 0.6±0.07 mcg/ml, acetylcholine concentration falling from 1.8±0.2 mmole/l to 1.4±0.1 mmole/l, and cholinesterase concentration from 0.1±0.01 mmole/l in 30 min to 0.07±0.01 mmole/l in 30 min, chronic pancreatitis of alcoholic etiology is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis method.
