FIELD: mechanical engineering; milling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lining contains elastomer plates connected along tumbler. Lower parts of plates are provided with mounting fittings and are connected by fasteners with mill tumbler. Upper parts of each plate are made in form of trapezium whose front, middle and rear faces form sinusoidal wavy working surface of lining. Plates are furnished with metal dowels in form of parallelepipeds partially cured in front and middle faces of plates and arranged at acute angle to axis of tumbler. Slots are made over perimeter of curved part of dowels being filled up with elastomer material of plates, and two cylindrical pins are made in base of dowels, two in each dowel, passed through holes in mounting fittings so that space between bases of dowels and mounting fittings is filled with elastomer material of plates.
EFFECT: increased capacity and service life of mill, reduced mass of lining.
