FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for transportation of glassware from process moulds of sectional machine to receiving table of said machine. Shift-off device is provided with rocking manipulator with head in which caliper grip for each unit of glass container is suspended. Source of energy for rocking motion of manipulator is reversible linear-acting electric motor, preferably, ac servo motor providing reciprocation of rack. Said rack sets into motion rocking gear wheel providing rocking of manipulator. Electric motor is installed on top of post over process moulds and receiving table.
EFFECT: provision of easy access to electric motor for servicing and adjusting.
