FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic drive is designed to control any inertia unbalanced objects of lifting-and-transportation mechanisms of metal-working machine tools with large static and dynamic loads. Hydraulic drive with several (two and more) power double-acting hydraulic cylinders with one-side rods provides development of maximum forces on rods of hydraulic cylinders at maximum adjusted pressure of first safety valve and first electrohydraulic distributor set into through-flow position in initial period of movement (lifting) of load and required (lower) load-pressing forces at end of movement (lifting) to stop with second electrohydraulic distributor shifted in and adjusted pressure of second safety valve lower than adjusted pressure of first safety valve and makes it possible to interlock movement of load at switched off of first and second electrohydraulic distributors.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and range of positive control hydraulic drives.
