FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves folding the sigmoid colon in S-shaped way when forming intestinal reservoir. Intestine walls are sutured with interrupted sutures. Ureters are introduced into angles of the S-shaped reservoir under creation by means of double-row ureter fixation with interrupted sutures in intestine bends. To do it, the ureters are conducted and sutured to angles of sutured intestine 2-3 cm far from ureter end. The sigmoid colon is cut along taenia libera. The second suture row is placed with circular cuff being formed around ureter with an intestine wall portion. Anterior reservoir wall is sutured with two suture rows finishing in this way S-shaped reservoir creation.
EFFECT: reduced risk of complications; simplified anastomosis creation techniques; achieving anti-reflux protection.
