FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: system has heating, ventilation, water- and power supply facilities, service rooms, toilets, disinfection means, department for receiving patients being in need of medical care, medical care rooms and medical personnel department, and shower cubicle. The system is designed as dirigible having ring-shaped base, hemispherical chamber and cylindrical chamber, internal cavities of which are filled with gas and connected to each other with hoses. Lower part of cylindrical chamber is built-in into the base with its corrugated walls. Engines are placed in the ring-shaped base. Steering empennage is mounted on the hemispherical chamber. Tightening mechanism has cables, connecting the ring-shaped base with the hemispherical chamber, and lock.

EFFECT: improved mobility features facilitating operations when eliminating natural and anthropogenic disaster consequences.
