Complex is prepared by mixing lipophilic or hydrophilic substances in polyethylene glycol of molecular mass 200-6000 Da. Proposed suppository provides rapid delivery of drug in blood.
EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal and pharmaceutical properties of suppository.
