SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing components of oligoester having hydroxyl number of 50-58 mg KOH/g, diisocyanate TDI80/20 having NCO-groups in the amount of 47% by mass, silicon fluid PMS-200, pigment paste of flesh color, catalyst 222-09 with urethane silicon composition being obtained, degassing the composition, pouring it into forms, thermostating the produced flexible compound and softening envelopes.
EFFECT: concurrent flexible envelope production and composition polymerization; high strength of envelopes; enhanced effectiveness in handicapped persons rehabilitation.
