FIELD: sportive equipment, in particular, ski fastening.

SUBSTANCE: fastening has plate fixed to boot sole and having free end bent upward, base with end bent upward, and spring-loaded retainer for bent ends of plates and base, cooperating with each other. Bent end of base is made in the form of clip having lateral edges bent so as to form vertical slots wherein bent end of plate is detachably inserted. Retainer is formed as spring-loaded catch mounted on base and having operating end inserted for longitudinal movement within axially aligned openings and in mid portions of associated bent ends of plate and base. Other version of fastening differs from the above in that bent end of plate is formed as clip having lateral edges turned down so as to define vertical slots wherein bent end of base is detachably inserted.

EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation of fastening.
