FIELD: devices for cleaning or keeping clear the surface of open water from oil or like floating materials.
SUBSTANCE: floating plant comprises interconnected receiving means and floating vessel movably attached one to another in horizontal direction. The receiving means is secured to floating vessel along two side bodies of floating vessel. The floating vessel is shaped as trimaran and includes parallel floating bodies connected one to another. Receiving means and floating vehicle are united into single floating body along side surfaces by means of two threaded rods and two emergency safety ropes, as well as with the use of elastic connection member arranged along longitudinal axis of central body of floating vessel so that receiving means position relatively floating vessel may be changed in horizontal and vertical directions. Receiving means sides have side limiters provided with inner axes connected to inner surfaces thereof. Two oil-resistant oil-gathering spring-loaded rollers are put on inner axes so that the rollers are symmetrically arranged about body axis. The rollers are secured to reducer and are provided with oil-absorbing surfaces. Longitudinal slots are made under rollers in lower part of substrates. Oil-removing cylindrical rods are installed in longitudinal grooves. Converging oil-discharge channels are created in substrates so that the channels extend at the same angles relatively longitudinal axis of receiving means symmetry. Trapping means is made as spout with sharpened end facing protective enclosure. Oil and oil product accumulation tank is arranged behind rear side of oil-resistant spring-loaded rollers. Inclined auger lifting means is installed in oil and oil product accumulation tank and is connected with sealable connection locking means through oil pipeline. Floating vessel has water-jet moving means to provide translational floating vessel movement and maneuvering in oil spot, as well as hydrodynamic effect creation. Chambers are made in side parts of floating vessel. Oil-resistant rubber containers are installed in the chambers. Each rubber container has outer surface with two crossing bands connected thereto. Load-hoisting rings are connected to four free ends of the bands near container necks. The necks are inserted in collars provided with latches and springs for rubber container delivery to seat created at central axis of floating vehicle.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of continuous plant operation during total oil and oil gathering cycle.
