FIELD: invention refers to field of measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: mode includes installation on one side of construction of first heat-insulating plane heating element realizing heating-up of controlled construction executing through given interval of time measurement of heating flow passing through building construction, and also temperatures on both surfaces of building construction and definition of resistance to heat transfer to building construction. Opposite first heating element second heat-insulating plane element is additionally installed. At that linear dimensions of heating elements are chosen in range from 3 to 5 dimensions of thickness of building construction measured in middle part of installation of heating elements.
EFFECT: increases reliability of results of control at simultaneous reduction of terms for conduction of tests.
