FIELD: production methods.

SUBSTANCE: shape creating of the list storage is made in several passes by consistent pressings on the stamps and moulds. On the first and others impair passes it is made the shape across the storage with obtaining the profile of transverse profile. On the second and on the other pair passes - along the longitudinal axis of the storage, beginning from its edges. Simultaneously on the all passes, starting from the second, it is removed the goffre and curvature, appearing the earliest passes. At the same the shape creating is made with achieving of maximum thinning of the storage and deformation of stretching in the places of the biggest sum longitudinal and transversal cure of the detail. The stamp for details shape creating with difficult geometrical profile contain the puncheon, the support and spudcans. The supports are situated symmetrically to the axis of the puncheon. The spudcans are installed on the puncheon and supporters. The stamp is provided with additional set-in spudcan. The spudcan on the puncheon is made as removable and repeating the form of internal profile of the longitudinal section of the detail on the longitudinal and transverse profiles. The spudcans on the supporters are repeating the form of internal profile of the detail taking in consideration its springback.

EFFECT: it is provided the exceeding of the qualities of the finished production.
