FIELD: engineering industry; elements safety device from the roking and buff load impact.
SUBSTANCE: safety device contains springing elements, pierced supporting element between them. In the supporting element damping and supporting plugs are installed. They are installed with tension in the supporting element hole and with the axle tension between the supporting elements. Layers of the flexible material are placed between the steady bush flanges and balanced to the flanges of supporting element surface. Fastener crosses the springing elements holes and damping plug. Device has additional springing elements, placed between supporting plug flanges and the supporting element. Load value РCM, when the supporting flange displaces in the supporting element hole, is chosen from the relation РV<РCM<РUD, where РV - maximum vibrationload; РUD - acceptable buffing load.
EFFECT: effectiveness improvement of the vibration protection during the combined action and linear load.
