FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in a device for room securing an optical thyristor is introduced, while availability of said device is provided without additional conductors needed for circuit power supply and its functioning. This allows for accommodation of control unit of said device for room securing in a wall-mounted box of a switch of lighting wiring system in the room. In addition, standard and commonly used switches can be employed, one of which should be used as a switching key of lighting lamp and another should function as a switching key to switch the device in security mode.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption and lower cost of security device.
