FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method comprising: correction of the base ore (BO) throughput as a control action, setup of the process modes of processing equipment and measurement of the energy performance data of magnetic separator motors. The magnetic product (MP) throughput at the first stage of magnetic separation (MS) is measured on basis of the energy performance data of said magnetic separator motors. Depending on a goal quality level of the final concentrate, a level of the MP throughput at the first stage of MS is preset and the MP throughput at the first stage of MS is stabilized at said preset level by means of correction of the base ore (BO) throughput of the processing line.
EFFECT: reduction of the throughput losses of the concentration process and enhancement of the stability of the final concentrate quality.
