FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: fixed sprinkler head contains shell fixed on the feeding pipeline, with fixed deflectors on the side surfaces. The deflectors are designed as concave cups turned to the pipeline. The deflectors are placed on the outside surface stepwise. Before each deflector, along the perimeter of the circle of the shell, holes are drilled in the wall. The lower edge of the hole is mated with the upper surface of the deflector. After the upper holes line, a flow divider is installed inside the shell. The upper surface of the flow divider is mated with the lower edge of the holes by the radius. The lower surface of the divider is designed convergent. Behind the lower holes, a splitter is located, the upper surface of which is mated with the lower edge of the holes. The diameter of the deflector before the upper holes row is 1.5÷2.0 times bigger then the diameter of the deflector before the lower holes row. The diameters of the holes depend on the selected flow of the fixed sprinkler head. The angle between the axes of the upper and lower hole rows depends on the quantity of the holes in the row.
EFFECT: increase in operation reliability and simplification of design.
