FIELD: instruments.
SUBSTANCE: feature of this device is that the received signal, after frequency conversion, detection, and amplification is accumulated in an integrator and compared with the threshold voltage in the threshold unit. The heterodyne frequency is measured by a frequency meter, in the digital code form, and applied to the first input of the comparator unit. Codes of earlier measured heterodyne frequencies are applied to the second input of the comparator unit from the memory unit. If the codes being compared are not equal, the signal is applied to the modulation type identification unit through open keys. The measured heterodyne frequency code, in the first tuning cycle, is applied to and written in the memory unit. In the second and subsequent heterodyne tuning cycles, the measured signal will get into the bandwidth of the panoramic receiver again. In this case, the compared codes will be equal, no voltages will be present at the comparator unit outputs, the keys will be closed, and the signal will not be processed at this frequency any further.
EFFECT: elimination of information redundancy by excluding repeated measurement and recording of carrier frequency and modulation type of received signal.
