FIELD: medicine; chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of pharmaceutical formulation making of ointment for herniation of intervertebral disks includes mixing of papain protein-degrading enzyme of activity 6000 units and distilled water at temperature 20°C until complete papain dissolution. Papain solution is added with premix of polyethyleneoxide of molecular weight 1500 Dalton and polyethyleneoxide of molecular weight 400 Dalton in proportions 1:2 respectively. Papain solution and mentioned polyethyleneoxides are mixed during 1 hour at temperature 37-39°C, mixture is added with dimethyl sulfoxide and mixed during 30 min.
EFFECT: decrease of rehabilitation period.
