FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic suspension consists of rubber-cord casing with cover forming the main work cavity, additional tank and baffle between them. Cylinder with central axial hole and overflow holes located radially is rigidly fixed at the baffle. Gate valve in the form of piston is located inside the cylinder cavity. At the lower part of the cylinder there is a magnet winding, closed from below by the end cover of cylinder and connected to the valve control system. Gate valve in the form of piston has a guiding magnetic core from one side and is equipped with the return spring, located inside the magnet winding. Piston is a hollow part and has a through central hole and symmetric holes in the lower wall of piston. Valve control system consists of object displacement transducer, object speed signal shaper, power key control unit, and power key intended to connect the magnet winding to the power source. Object displacement transducer is connected to the object speed signal shaper, which is connected to the power key control unit and its lead-out is connected to the control inlet of power key.
EFFECT: enhancing of pneumatic suspension damping properties.
