SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enamel compositions that may be used for coating fancy wares made of steel, copper-and nickel-based alloys. The enamel coating contains, percent by mass: PbO - 40.0-45.0; K2O - 8.0-12.0; Na2O - 2.0-4.0; ZnO - 1.0-2.0; B2O3 - 4.0-6.0; Sb2O3 - 2.0-3.0; Ag - 0.1-0.2; CaO - 8.0-12.0; SiO2 the rest.
EFFECT: increase in enamel coating refractive index.
