FIELD: construction, water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of swimming pools for private and public use. The swimming pool consists of sealed case and overflow channel along its perimeter, made in the form of V-shaped sections hung by the side of the pool. Together with the closed overflow channel and through inclined grates, these sections form a linear wedge shaped girdle with isosceles triangles in its cross-section. The apex of the isosceles triangle is directed into the pool and is on the level of depression between waves, surging onto the side of the pool when the pool is being used. On the inclined shelf of the front wall of the overflow channel there is an inner edge with provision for sealing, along perimeter and directed into the overflow channel of an overflow rug floating on the water, made in the form of thin water-proofing film from polyvinyl chloride and in contact with the side of the inclined grates directed towards the overflow channel. On the inner side of the front wall there are drainage channels, located in a transverse direction and ending with openings, going out to the pool. On top of the drainage channels, is a porous filtering material and at a distance from it there are trays, made with through holes along their upper edge and closed by thin nettings for cleaning water. The overflow channel is divided transversely into two compartments by partition walls, made from two walls of polyurethane foam blocks with layers of polyvinyl chloride between them. One compartment is joined to the pipeline with an intake line of an electrical pump, while the other is joined to its outlet line. The overflow rug is made in the form of water-proofing layers of polyvinyl chloride with a hemispherical air chamber. The invention provides for the required level of cleanliness of the water in the pool under conditions of irregular or short-duration usage, for which the water self-cleaning system with use of wave energy becomes ineffective.
EFFECT: provision of the required level of cleanliness of the water in the pool under conditions under conditions of irregular or short-duration usage, for which the water self-cleaning system with use of wave energy becomes ineffective.
