FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: guard baton comprises elongated body and transversal handle with hollow internal space wherein functional assemblies are placed. One end of the body is provided with a longitudinal handle having a hollow internal space for an electric light. Another end of the body is equipped with a stunning electric shock device that represents electric contacts connected by means of wires with a power source having the form of an AC capacitor placed in the hollow inner space of the transversal handle. The wires are run inside the baton body. The body portion that is adjacent to the longitudinal handle has a hollow inner space for a gas sprayer. The baton is equipped with a gas spray concentration cap being placed into a hole made in the body for the gas spray coming out of the bottle. The gas spray concentration cap is arranged codirectionally towards the transversal handle. In the body portion that is adjacent to the longitudinal handle there is an access hole to the gas bottle valve used for actuation of the latter. The baton is provided with tie means fixed on the baton body.
EFFECT: invention provides advanced functionality and enhanced efficiency of protection means.
