SUBSTANCE: drum unit includes unit to place linen, connector fastened to the external surface of drum bottom, driving element attached to connector to rotate drum. Free of connector expanded area is available in drum bottom. Besides, expanded area projects towards external side of drum in order to increase drum capacity. Drum bottom includes at least one staged part provided for this area to improve rigidity and strength of drum bottom. According to the second drum design option, bottom part includes area adjacent to tank and panel jack to insert connector in order to avoid connector contact with internal surface of tank. According the third drum design option, drum unit includes spider fixed to drum bottom and driving element joined with spider. Radial jack with connector is located in drum bottom.

EFFECT: increase of drum capacity; improvement of drum rigidity and strength.
