SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio communication equipment and may be used for television broadcasting in the high-definition format. The technical effect a frame resolution of 1920×1080, increase in the image brightness, and doubling of the stereo pair frame rate. The technical effect attained by the following: four switches are introduced additionally at the transmitting side; six frame code accumulators and six control signal generation units are introduced additionally at the receiving side; the video data display device is represented by a flat-panel light-emitting diode screen with an IR transmitter on its enclosure, and 3D eye-glasses with an IR receiver on the eye-glass rim are introduced.
EFFECT: obtaining high frame definition, increase in image brightness stereo pair frame rate.
