FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: presowing plants processing and/or their parts is carried out using water solution of synergistic insecticidal composition which as a toxic ingredient includes insecticide selected from a piretroids or neonicotinoides group, or Ivermectin. The consumption of insecticide is 50% of the total expenditure recommended for each of cultivated crops. As a trust ingredient the composition includes an effective dose of medication "Zircon" which relates to the growth adjustment and inducers of plant resistance. Synergistic insecticidal composition includes insecticides, selected from a group or a piretroids or neonicotinoides group, or avermectin and medicine "Zircon", which contains non-ionic surface-active substance (NSAS) on the basis of hydroxyethyl alkyl phenol and complex of hydroxy-cinnamic derivatives of chlorogenic and coffee acids, while the ratio of these acids is in the composition 79-81:14-16:4-6 and a ratio of complex of hydroxy-cinnamic derivatives acids and NPAV is 1:1.

EFFECT: reducing of the insecticide consumption standards; reducing of toxic load on cultural plants; reducing of damage pests; increase of yields.
