SUBSTANCE: working process is based on the principle of dragline where the executive excavating tool moves by the haulage line which warps on the winch drum. The distinguishing feature of this winch is the presence in its construction of the feathering device providing the orderly cable winding on the drum, which reduces the wearing process of the cable. In addition, the winch includes a special spin which is screwed into the ground and fixes the winch freely. The clutch electromechanism operating of the drive motor winch drum is performed remotely by the cable with electroclosers located on the operator's belt.
EFFECT: reliability of device increases.
