FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of kretek manufacture consists in extracting of raspberry cake with liquid carbon dioxide and separation of miscella, mixing of cut tobacco with cloves and plasticizer, soaking of prepared mixture with miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, reduction of pressure down to atmospheric with the rate that provides freezing of carbon dioxide absorbed in composition of miscella, heating with the rate that provides sublimation of carbon dioxide to obtain swollen blend and formation of smoking substance from it.
EFFECT: kretek is characterised with low content of tar and nicotine in smoke.
