FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: rowing surface of flipper is in the shape of released dome with collar and strengthening ribs. Each flipper fixture to swimmer's leg is represented with circumferentially adjustable collar. Supporting loop is directed inside dome by its side sections and attached to collar. Flexible bottom of supporting loop is designed to mate with arch of swimmer's foot. Supporting loop is provided with fixture to be displaced in the section of high instep. Strengthening ribs of dome are provided with soft partitions fixed to corresponding ribs of hard sections of loop. Strengthening ribs may be not projected outside supporting plane of swimmer's foot.

EFFECT: simplification of design and flipper manufacture technology, improvement of flippers user-friendliness.
