FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: tool in the form of tubular tap borer consists of cylindrical tail piece that passes to body, through which cylindrical thru longitudinal channel is passing, and intake and calibrating parts are installed with sharp cutting edges, which are formed by longitudinally milled grooves, which connect external cutting part of tab borer body with its longitudinal thru channel, and cavity for chips. Tool in the form of tap bolt has head and body, body on cutting parts of its thread - intake and calibrating, has sharp cutting edges that are formed with longitudinally milled grooves. In tap borer body there is an additional calibrating-smoothening part made, which is formed with external longitudinal channels of triangular section, which are outgoing from mentioned grooves.
EFFECT: improves efficiency.
