FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of polymer materials processing, namely to devices for preparation of profile items from polymer composite materials with magnet filler (plastomagnets and elastomagnets) by extrusion method. Device consists of source of supply of composite polymer material melt with magnet filler under pressure, matrix with lead-in conical forming channel. In matrix forming channel one or several mandrels are installed with forming elements. Forming elements stretch in direction of extrusion and provide division of polymer material flow. Device also includes source of permanent magnet field and magnetic paths, which create in forming channel magnetic field of preset topography and that orientate it along normal line in direction of extrusion. Walls of matrix, walls of forming channel and mandrels elements are made of porous material, which is penetrable for gas and liquid. They are connected with device for gas or liquid supply under pressure through system of distributing channels.

EFFECT: expansion of device technological resources; increase of magnet properties of items and increase of their assortment.
