FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding of elastic composition to extrusion machine, forming of elastic composition with the help of extrusion in form of continuous elongated element, application of continuous elongated element on support with turn aggregation for manufacturing of constructive tire element. Forming is made at sliding velocity, at least, 1.000 sec-1, and elastic composition contains, at least, one viscosity lowering while elongating additive agent in quantity, that viscosity while elongating of elastic composition, measured at 120°C at sliding velocity of forming stage, at least, at 10% lower than average viscosity while elongating, measured in the same conditions, of elastic composition without stated addition agent. Method of viscosity lowering while elongating of elastic composition with the same addition agent is also presented.
EFFECT: improvement of tire quality and productivity with simultaneous preservation of its mechanical characteristics.
