FIELD: metallurgy; equipment for thermal treatment.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylinder furnace chamber and a door hermetic closing the furnace chamber; at that the furnace door is designed to move inside a door frame, creating a hermetic closed lock; at that there are several heating elements made in form of rods and arranged longitudinally in the furnace chamber. The door frame is equipped with a device for pressure tight connection with a joined module, accordingly manufactured. Items are fed into the chamber furnace by means of a transport chamber which is designed to travel against an atmospheric chamber furnace; at that the transport chamber has a protective gas atmosphere. The transport chamber is hermetic connected to the door frame of the atmospheric chamber furnace, and then volume space, limited by the door frame, and the transport chamber are blasted with protective gas; then items are reloaded out of the transport chamber into the atmosphere chamber furnace and are heat treated in a protecting gas atmosphere at a temperature of 400 to 1050° C.
