FIELD: construction, water engineering.
SUBSTANCE: said utility invention relates to hydrotechnical construction, namely, to concrete works in the winter time. The device for heating concrete pavings with steam in the winter time includes concrete heaters and thermal insulation covering the concrete on the surface. The heaters are designed as a system of parallel tubes laid on the concrete, on the dam slope, at a distance from one another, along the inclined slope base. They are connected with one another continuously and cyclically for the circulation of steam in them. The system input is connected to a steam boiler, and the system output is equipped with a valve for the temperature and condensed steam output control.
EFFECT: increased concrete quality and decreased energy consumption during works.
