SUBSTANCE: mixing device has a mixing chamber, which is made in the form of a funnel and which is filled with a powdery extract and hot water, flowing through the hot water supply for them to be mixed. The outlet is located at the lower area of the mixing device and leads to the chamber for preparing the foam, in which there is a rotor for preparing foam, which is capable of leading to rotation about an axis, and the inlet of hot water is directed at the mixing rotor.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of the mixing of a soluble powdery extract with hot water with the purpose of getting whipped foam.
