FIELD: light signalling techniques.
SUBSTANCE: light signal section consists of a case with an anti-sun cap. Inside the case there is an optical device with a light source, reflector and colour filter-diffuser. The surface of the colour filter-diffuser directed outwards, is made in form of a part of a linear surface, formed by parallel movement on a straight line, perpendicular to the vertical plane, passing through the axis of radiation of the section of the light signal, on a given plane of the continuous guide line. The latter is chosen in the form of a contour of teeth of an erect band-saw with similar teeth, directed to the side of the radiation section of the light signal. Each tooth has double-sided projection shape, the lower side of which is formed by a section of a straight line, located parallel the axis of radiation of the light signal, while the other is formed by a line, which in a given vertical plane, is such that, each tangent to it is tilted to the side opposite the direction of radiation, and the angle of inclination of the tangent is such that, beams from external light sources, not blocked by the anti-sun cap, are reflected from the linear surface at an angle to the horizontal plane, more than or equal to zero. The invention allows for elimination of the phantom effect when the section of the light signal is illuminated by external light sources and provides for protection from sun glints.
EFFECT: proposed structure is characterised by the small size of the filter-diffuser along the axis of radiation of the light signal, as well as the size of the section of the light signal as a whole and is adaptable to existing infrastructure.
