SUBSTANCE: three-phase double-layer electric machine winding at 2p=26c poles, made of 3p·c coil groups with numbers 1G...39Gc: 1) in z=60 c grooves with number of grooves per pole and phase q=20/13 and grouping by row 2212121212121: in the first grouping 1G...13G double-coil groups have coil steps by grooves ygi=3, 1 c wc, (1-x)wc turns, and single-coil at yg=2·c (1+x)wc turns with value x=0.59; 2) in z=63·c grooves with number of grooves per pole and phase q=21/13 and grouping by row 2212212122121: in the first grouping 1G...13G double-coil groups have steps of coils by grooves ygi=3. 1 c wc, (l-x)wc turns, and single-coil at yg=2-c (1+x)wK turns at value x=0.62. Such distribution of coils with unequal number of turns is repeated in every subsequent grouping, where c=1, 2, 3,...; 2wc - number of grooves turns that are completely filled with winding.

EFFECT: reduction of differential scattering coefficient σs for symmetric m'=3 -zone electric machine fractional (q=20/13 and q=21/13) loop winding.
