SUBSTANCE: three-phase fractional winding at 2p'=12·c poles in z=51·c grooves is made as double-layer m'=3-zone with number of grooves per pole and phase q=z/3p=17/6 from 18·c coil groups with numbers 1G...18G and grouping of 333233333323333332, which is repeated c times. Three-coil groups have steps of coils by grooves ygi=6, 4, 2 with number of turns wc, wc, (1-x)wc for groups 1G, 3G, 5G, 10G, 12G, 17G, (1-x)wc, (1+x)wc, wc for 2G, wc, (1+x)wc, (1-x)wc for 7G, 8G, 14G, 15G, yg=4, 4, 4 with (1-x)wc, (1+x)wc, wc turns for 6G, 13G and wc, (1+x)wc, (1-x)wc for 9G, 16G, and all double-coil groups - y'gi=5, 3 with number of turns by (1+x)wc, where c=1, 2, 3,..., 2wc - number of turns of every groove at value of x=0.50.

EFFECT: reduction of non-symmetry and differential scattering for symmetric m=3-phase, m'=m=3-zone non-symmetric loop fractional winding at 2p=12·c poles in z=51·c grooves and q=z/3p=17/6.
