SUBSTANCE: glaze can be used in making face tiles. The lead glaze consists of the following components in the give percentage mass ratios: SiO2 36.0-39.0; Al2O3 5.0-6.0; CaO 5.0-6.0; B2O3 6.0-8.0; Na2O 3.0-5.0; K2O 3.0-5.0; SnO2 3.8-4.8; PbO 20.0-25.0; SrO 6.0-8.0; As2O3 0.1-0.2; ZrO2 2.0-3.0. The glaze has frost resistance of 230-250 cycles.
EFFECT: increased frost resistance of the glaze.
