SUBSTANCE: damping layer is applied onto the inner adhesive layer, the former being made in the form of a pack of roving layer consecutively wound helically-crossed on the adhesive layer, a sealing layer, for example, in the form of tape, and helically-crossed and circular roving layer with a binder to increase dissipation and damping of the outside shock power in the damping pack and an reinforcing layer.
EFFECT: higher reliability at impact loads.
