SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agriculture engineering, and particularly to hatchers; it is designed for egg incubation. The hatcher includes thermostatic chamber with a vessel for water and a hollow for eggs, a heater, and a removable cap with ventilation apertures. The heater comprises one or several metal plates covering the inner side of the removable cap fully or partially. The surface of each metal plate is studded with discrete or distributed heating elements coming in thermal contact with the plate. It enables more stable and even heating of the hollow with eggs, and simpler hatcher maintenance.

EFFECT: improved heating of egg hollows and simpler hatcher maintenance.
