SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the compositions of glass, which can be used for the manufacture of general-purpose products and utensils. The glass contains SiO₂, Al₂O₃, B₂O₃, CaO, MgO, Na₂O, K₂O, Cu₂O, Fe₂O₃, P₂O₅ and additionally ZrO₂ and Sb₂O₃ with the following proportion of components, mass%: SiO₂ - 56.0-60.0, Al₂O₃ - 4.0-8.0, B₂O₃ - 10.0-14.0, CaO - 4.0-8.0, MgO - 2.0-4.0, Na₂O - 1.0-2.0, K₂O - 1.0-2.0, Cu₂O - 1.0-2.0, Fe₂O₃ - 1.0-2.0, P₂O₅ - 0.5-1.5, ZrO₂ - 4.0-8.0, Sb₂O₃ - 0.5-1.5.

EFFECT: increasing the heat resistance of glass.
