SUBSTANCE: invention falls in the domain of the technology of silicates and concerns the composition of fritted glazes, which are used in coating maiolica and other ceramics. Glaze is composed of, mass %: SiO2 25.0-28.0; Al2O3 8.0-12.0; CaO 8.0-12.0; K2O 2.0-4.0; Na2O 6.0-8.0; B2O3 2.0-4.0; MnO2 4.0-6.0; PbO 20.0-25.0; ZnO 4.0-6.0; CuO 2.0-4.0; BaO 4.0-6.0.
EFFECT: increase in the temperature coefficient of the linear expansion of glaze.
