FIELD: chemical analysis.

SUBSTANCE: device contains an optical system, limiting the working spectral range and focusing the radiation incident on the input of the device onto a gas cell with a correlation gas and an empty cell. In each gas cell, there is an echelette (reflection phase grating), separating the radiation through the corresponding gas cell into a spectrum, and focusing it onto a two-dimensional matrix of light detectors of a charge-coupled device or a device with injection of charge or photodiodes, such that, each spectral line or radiation band from the working spectral range, which has passed through the gas cells, corresponds to one or more photo-sensitive elements of the matrix, which allow filtering with subsequent processing of the signal information from part of radiation in those spectral lines of bands, which overlap with spectral lines of bands from extraneous (unanalysed background) gases.
