SUBSTANCE: trainer is designed to be used in training the life-saving operation specialists involved in liquidation of consequences of emergent situations. A working and damping tanks are filled with working fluid. One of the connecting pipes incorporates a check valve and is intended for feeding liquid from the hydraulic cylinder into the working tank, the second pipe being furnished with shut-off valves to return working fluid into the hydraulic cylinder. The working tank is provided with a float and contact elements to close the electric circuit, and a sound device. An impact anvil is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder piston rod end to transmit impact energy to the working fluid transferred by portions by the pistons, under the effect of impacts, via the check valve into the working tank so that to completely raise the float, to close the contacts and to cut in the sound device. A spring is arranged on the rod to return the piston to its initial position.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of training and testing.
