FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: duodenal wall is punctured to duodenotomy to introduce Lidocaine solution in amount 200 mg. Introduction of lydocaine solution is performed within first two days of postoperative period through intraoperative probe in amount 50 mg during 2 minutes every 3 hours.
EFFECT: method provides blockade of neural structures of duodenal submucous plexus and suppression of pancreatic hypersecretion.
