The device working chamber is arranged on the case using an elastic suspension system arranged on the working chamber top. The said chamber is coupled with a misbalance unit providing for vibrations according to the conical pendulum law. The said misbalance unit is made up of three adjustable misbalance weights and comes attached at the working chamber lower part.
