FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a spindle, the lower end of which is fitted with a cross-bar, with provision for rotation about its axis, and the upper end which is fitted on the axis of a U with lifting clamps, and capable of fixing the cross-bar in the horizontal position. The device also consists of a strop, fixed to the cross-bar, and a locking pin. The device is equipped with a base with a cover, tightly fixed on coaming hatch, using bolts, equipped with rubber sealing, pressure safety valves, a nozzle for joining the blow-off water hose and a sealing cup in the form of an air casing, fitted in the central opening of the cover and linked to the spindle. A squeezing tube is fitted on the case of the submarine vessel.

EFFECT: improved tactical, technical and economic characteristics of the hoisting device for sunken submarine vessels.
